TalkBack may show on some devices, but it can also appear as “Voice Assistant.” Tap either the “TalkBack” switch or “Voice Assistant” switch to turn on. Tap “Ok.” Turn On” or “Alllow” to activate TalkBack.

    • Once TalkBack is on, use a two-finger swipe to navigate/scroll and tap once to highlight, then double tap to select.
